Who I am & what I believe:

Born in Mumbai in ’73, given away at just 10 days old to St. Joseph’s Home and adopted at 6 months, my journey began with separation. I grew up in Bilthoven, New York and Amersfoort, but after a childhood shaped by severe ACEs, I made a decision at 13 that changed everything. I left my parental home and never looked back. Healing wasn’t a straight path. It took time, honesty and support and if I’m honest, it will always be a work in progress. But healing isn’t only about what happened. It’s about realigning with who you’re becoming and creating impact from that place.

And today?

I stand more than a decade strong with the love of my life, blessed with three incredible daughters, surrounded by caring friends my chosen family. And I’m the founder of JoE, where I channel my journey into empowering others. Because healing isn’t only about looking back; it’s about choosing clarity, direction and alignment as you move forward!

Along the way, I came to believe that:

Empowerment isn’t a privilege; it’s a birthright we sometimes need to reclaim. It doesn’t happen in isolation; it starts within, expands through connection and shapes how we show up in the world. Vulnerability is strength. Sharing raw, unfiltered stories creates space for healing, courage and collective change. When we support each other, we rise together because one aligned voice can spark change.

JoE isn’t just a podcast. It’s a call to realignment. A space where stories offer clarity, where unheard voices are seen and where personal truth becomes a catalyst for meaningful impact.

JoE’s Worldview:

The world doesn’t change from the top down, it shifts from the inside out. Empowerment isn’t handed to you; it’s reclaimed, reignited and made real through action. When a person reconnects with their agency and acts from a place that feels true, they create a ripple effect that amplifies beyond themselves. Stories shape reality. Representation matters. Shared resilience fuels collective change. We rise by lifting each other and when we do, empowerment stops being the exception and becomes the norm.

Vision of JoE

Our vision is to build a global movement where clarity, direction and alignment fuel collective impact. Every individual regardless of background, circumstance or identity deserves the tools, community and inspiration to step into their full potential.
